DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE with the following rules for participation in the E-BIKE TOUR:

The participant must choose a tour suited to their abilities and physical condition and present themselves with clothing suitable for the activity and the season.
The participant must follow the rules and instructions provided by the guide, in compliance with the laws, uses and customs of the area.
The guide may decide to suspend participation in the tour of a person who engages in annoying/annoying behavior or which jeopardizes the correct conduct of the tour.
The participant is responsible for any damage caused to people or things, deriving from the circulation and use of the vehicle
In case of damage to the vehicle, it must be compensated by the participant with a sum indicated by the owner, or by an authorized repairer of his choice
THE VEHICLE MUST BE BROUGHT BACK TO THE STORE BY THE PARTICIPANT HIMSELF WHO CANNOT LEAVE THE TOUR LEAVING THE BICYCLE (Unless authorized by the guide, for reasons of force majeure)"

Cancellation policy

100% refund if the tour is cancelled by us due to force majeure

eBike Tour
100% refund (minus 4% for bank fees) if the customer requests cancellation 24 hours before the tour's scheduled departure time; non-refundable if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of departure.
Golf Cart Tour
100% refund (minus 4% for bank fees) if the customer requests cancellation 48 hours before the tour's scheduled departure time; non-refundable if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of departure.
Tour with Colosseum Entrance
100% refund (minus the 30% cost of non-refundable Colosseum tickets) if the customer requests cancellation 72 hours before the tour's scheduled departure time; non-refundable if cancellation is requested within 72 hours of departure.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

THE PARTICIPANT DECLARES

to assume, as in fact he assumes, any and all civil and criminal liability, and compensation for any damage to things, people and structures caused by himself or by his family members participating in the tour itself or attributable to the actions and behaviors of the te yourself or your family members held during the e-bike tour that will take place today, as well as you assume all risks for your person or your family members

and EXEMPT

from any civil, criminal and even objective lability towards the organizers and their legal representative, deriving from participation in the trip, renouncing as of now to make requests for compensation for damages of compensation against them, for any reason.
